- Where do you ship from?

All orders are sent from our warehouse in San Jose, California, the United States.

- Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world.
Our main partners for worldwide shipping are DHL, FEDEX and DPD. It offers deliveries on time and precise tracking of your shipment.

- Do you offer shipping insurance?

All orders ship with insurance.

- Do you offer free shipping?

YES! As we’ve said, we have some promos and discounts with our products. At special times, we will offer free shipping for our products. Check out our announcement on our homepage or on our social media outlets.

- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card (Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay) More payment methods will be added in the future.

- Why was my payment declined?

Our website accepts all credit cards without problems, may be your bank Decline the process, The solution for this issue is to contact your payment card's
issuing institution and ask them for explanation.

- I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business day of the order being placed. Package will arrive in between 07-15 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay by carrier service.

-  How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current processing times and available shipping methods.

- I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly or you did not type it.

- How do I track my package?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email containing your package’s tracking information.

If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.

You can check on the status of your order at any time by visiting our Track my order page.

- Why is my tracking number not working?

If your order status says "shipped" but the tracking information doesn't show movement, don't panic.

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

- Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us via email as soon as possible and include your order number. If the order has not been processed, We may be able to cancel it.

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

- I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.

- What if there are items missing or incorrect products when i receive my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at support@vMotirofficial.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.

- Do you have a return policy?

Our Items have a full 90-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.  If you wish to cancel your order once the item has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and send it back to receive the full refund.

Send your name, order number (if applicable), and question to support@vMotirofficial.com. Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response.
